📋 Description

• Care Access is a unique, multi-specialty network of research sites which operates as one connected team of physician investigators, nurse coordinators, and operations managers. • Our goal is to engage every healthcare professional in clinical research and to make clinical trials a care option for every patient. • By removing this bottleneck, Care Access is helping accelerate the approval and delivery of critical and life-saving therapies. • Care Access is seeking a dynamic and strategic Patient Engagement Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing initiatives that directly engage patients at sites, events, and community outreach efforts. • This role is essential in ensuring that all marketing efforts are effectively implemented at the patient level, providing a seamless and impactful experience from awareness to participation. • The Patient Engagement Marketing Manager will lead initiatives to optimize patient outreach, engagement, and retention strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in patient engagement marketing, healthcare marketing, community outreach, or a related field. • Proven experience executing marketing initiatives at the grassroots level, particularly in healthcare, clinical trials, or patient advocacy. • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing tactics to engage patient populations effectively. • Experience developing marketing partnerships with advocacy groups, nonprofits, and local organizations. • Ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear, engaging marketing materials. • Exceptional project management skills—capable of handling multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. • Leadership and team management skills with experience • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms). • Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where adaptability and execution are key.
