β’ 7+ years of experience implementing K-12 go-to-market strategies or customer success for ed tech products. β’ Understanding of K-12 dynamics and empathy with educators at all levels. β’ Commitment to the mission of helping all students own their future. β’ Oriented to using goals to prioritize, gauge success, identify problems and reprioritize. β’ Track record of collaborating cross-functionally to refine and successfully implement plans. β’ High attention to detail and strong use of visible project planning systems. β’ Clear, precise and compelling written and oral communication. β’ Curiosity and eagerness to learn constantly and implement feedback. β’ Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Tableau and other tools to track, analyze and synthesize data. β’ Comfort with ambiguity. β’ Willingness to pivot and innovate regularly, based on user data and feedback. β’ Ability to travel for one to three days every other month.
