📋 Description

• 100% Remote; anticipated travel 3-5 times per year. • Play a pivotal role in reshaping how content is delivered to improve the experience for students and educators. • Develop and implement processes that support the creation of impactful written tools that empower test coordinators, educators, and students. • Ensure that content is consistent, clear, and well-organized across multiple channels to best meet users’ needs. • Oversee the timely and accurate publication of more than 315 pdfs and 300 web pages. • Provide new workflow structures, leading cross-functional groups to deliver critical content accurately, within budget, and on time.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of program and/or project management experience with a strong emphasis on web and print publishing. • Formal project management credentials (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, IPMA certification or equivalent certification from an accredited institution). • Experience in education or assessments is a strong plus. • Skills in content development and maintenance within content management systems; familiarity with DITA principles and XML (or similar) preferred. • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with sharp attention to detail. • Strong organization and prioritization skills with proven ability to move forward multiple projects in concert, both independently and as a member of the team. • Adept problem-solving skills, including using data to inform decisions and actions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and deliver effective presentations—both remotely and in-person—to groups of 30 or more. • Proven ability to build relationships and influence others to action. • Deep knowledge of content development best practices and emerging trends. • Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and XML. • A passion for supporting educational and career opportunities for millions of students.
