📋 Description
• Provide technical support to customers in the US. • Support customer calls and fine-tune customer portals. • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Responsible for customer satisfaction measured by churn reduction and upsells. • Conduct product demos with sales team.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in pre-sales/solution architect roles, selling SaaS solutions in the cybersecurity space. • Strong understanding of offensive cyber security, particularly in relation to web technologies. • Ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences. • Unique ability to communicate effectively with senior management, technical experts, and diverse stakeholders. • Commitment to achieving key success metrics, including churn reduction, increased customer satisfaction, and upselling opportunities. • Proven track record in connecting technology with customer needs. • Experience with APIs and CLI tools. • Some programming/scripting experience (ideally in Python; Golang experience is nice to have). • Previous experience in a startup/scaleup environment.
