Description

• In collaboration with our Chief Product Officer, refine and communicate our product vision and strategy. • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions. • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product analysis teams to help create detailed product requirements and specifications. • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals. • Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to drive product improvements. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and market validation to inform product decisions. • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning. • Help the Marketing team create compelling product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. • Support sales efforts by providing product expertise, conducting internal enablement sessions, and participating in customer meetings. • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and impact. • Continuously analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize product features and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry with a focus on DevOps, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code. • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Bias for action. • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. • Strong academic background or proven track record in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
