Description

• As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Managers within a specific region, driving both business growth and customer success. • You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, local marketing coordination, and enabling your team to hit ambitious growth targets. • This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of mentoring Territory Managers. • Frequent travel is required as part of the position.

Requirements

• Leadership Attitude: You are a results-driven leader, highly motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to inspire your team in high-stakes environments. • Sales Leadership: Minimum of 4 years of experience in value-based, end-to-end sales, with a proven history of successfully sourcing new prospects, creating sales opportunities, closing deals, and expanding opportunities with existing customers. • Customer Success Focus: Demonstrated experience in building and managing strong, lasting relationships with customers. • Sales acumen: Strong understanding of business development, account management, and customer success. • Travel appetite: Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned region to support your team and engage with customers.
