📋 Description

• Contract Recruitment Coordinator assisting with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing. • Manage job postings, schedule interviews, and support employee referral program. • Coordinate and conduct surveys, and assist with recruitment projects. • Contract role paying $28 per hour, independent contractor responsibilities. • Remote position, Eastern Time Zone preferred.

🎯 Requirements

• MUST HAVE • 4+ years previous experience in recruiting coordinator role. • Familiarity with HR databases and ATSs. • Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Knowledge of labor legislation relating to hiring. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • NICE TO HAVE • Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Experienced in Greenhouse ATS.
