• CareerVillage.org is a globally recognized nonprofit dedicated to democratizing access to career information and advice for millions of underrepresented learners. • As the Partners Success Associate on the Partnerships team, you will support operations, relationship management, and administrative tasks. • Provide bilingual support and contribute to the overall success of our partnerships. • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to directly impact educational and career access.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required. • Previous experience in education, nonprofit, or community-focused roles is a plus (internships or full-time positions). • Familiarity with project management, customer relationship management, and organizational tools like Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite is a plus. • Terrific interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Passionate about educational equity and nonprofit work, with a demonstrated commitment to helping underserved communities. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Flexible, proactive, and “eager to learn” attitude in a fast-paced, mission-driven, tech-forward environment. • Must be willing and able to work Pacific or Central time zones. (Strong preference for Pacific.)
