• Leads and oversees the development and implementation of operating and strategic plans for the patient services department. • Consult and collaborate with peers and with technology resources to develop and implement key processes. • Ensure the identification, analysis, and implementation of solutions designed to improve collection rates. • Collaborates with internal resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget. • Serves as a role model of excellent customer service by responding constructively to the needs of the partners, management staff, and patients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • 10+ years of healthcare experience with an emphasis on intake/insurance verification in home infusion. • 7+ years in a leadership role is preferred. • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving financial performance, and achieving operational excellence in specialty pharmacy infusion services.
