Description
• Provides leadership and direction to the Enrollment team • Ensures the goals and standards of the department are met • Responsible for team development and growth • Responsible for managing staff to ensure timely, accurate and high quality completion of service items • Oversee the financial and member enrollment reconciliation • Manage enrollment technology and process analysts • Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and developing direct reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership/management experience is required • Three to Five (3-5) years of enrollment/reconciliation/call center experience is required
