📋 Description
• Travel to client sites to provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues specific to CO2 refrigeration systems. • Conduct comprehensive system evaluations and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. • Design, create, and deliver specialized training programs for customers and their partners on CO2 refrigeration systems. • Conduct engaging workshops and training sessions at customer locations, emphasizing hands-on learning and practical applications of CO2 refrigeration systems. • Maintain accurate records of field activities, training sessions, and client feedback related to CO2 refrigeration systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience with CO2 refrigeration systems and technical support, particularly in a field setting. • Strong background in training or education, with the ability to convey complex CO2 refrigeration concepts clearly and effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Has the ability to travel 60-80%, sometimes on short notice.
