Description

• Assist in the onboarding process for car dealers, ensuring all required compliance steps are completed • Monitor daily transactions within the wallet system, ensuring dealers have adequate funds to cover their winning bids • Support fulfilment teams in coordinating collections from dealers. • Identify and resolve payment-related issues or discrepancies promptly. • Provide exceptional support to car dealers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to payments and the wallet system. • Act as a liaison between dealers, the fulfilment team, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution. • Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in a payments or financial operations role, preferably within the automotive, e-commerce sector, or digital wallets. • Understanding of payment systems and compliance requirements. • Attention to detail and ability to handle customer inquiries and escalations effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
