• Develop Case IQ’s unique value proposition and continuously optimize positioning and messaging to our target segments as you learn from market feedback across audiences and industries • Cultivate customer insights to build personas, customer journey maps, and lifecycle marketing strategies; manage Case IQ’s G2 and similar review site programs • Serve as marketing’s product expert who knows the product roadmap, shares customer insights with Product, and takes point on sales enablement, feature release communications, and launches • Collaborate with marketing peers to create awareness and interest in Case IQ, ensuring that marketing programs, campaigns, content, website pages, product information, keywords, etc. all hit the mark • Lead sales enablement strategy and execution to equip our Sales team with a drumbeat of content, including pitch decks, product overviews, toolkits, guides, battlecards, videos, and product demo assets • Evolve our email marketing and in-product touchpoints to drive initial product adoption, usage, value realization, retention, and expansion. Inform efforts with continuous analysis of product usage data • Manage a customer advocacy program to fuel success stories, testimonials, case studies, and referrals
• 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally including recent B2B SaaS • Proven track record of developing and delivering product messaging and positioning plans • Outstanding storyteller skilled in creating clear, concise, and persuasive messaging tailored to different audiences • Self-starter with a bias towards action, results, visibility, and well-managed projects • Strong learning orientation with demonstrated results as an inquisitive problem solver • Skilled at talking to customers and cultivating working relationships • Data-driven marketer who strengthens their intuition with large amounts of data and customer insights • Creator who can produce a wide range of internal and external collateral that stands out • Performance-focused and accountable to the KPIs related to their work, especially ROI • Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Pendo (or similar tools)
