Description

• Collaborate with clinical research organizations (CROs), sponsors, and clinical sites to understand their needs and map them to the Castor platform. • Provide technical consulting and custom solution designs for implementations with complex workflows. • Identify integration opportunities and design APIs or connectors for seamless data exchange between the Castor platform and other clinical systems. • Support complex technical issues and challenges faced by customers, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience. • Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve platform performance, scalability, and user experience. • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements within the Castor platform. • Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, Senior Solution Architects, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. • Ensure compliance with industry standards (CDISC, SDTM) and regulatory frameworks (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS company. • Good knowledge of clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM, ODM) and experience with integrating CDMS systems. • Good knowledge of programming languages like R or Python, SQL and API tools like Postman. • Relevant understanding of clinical guidelines: ICH-GCP - Good Clinical Practice, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and relevant GXP Regulations and Guidances. • Understanding of clinical trial processes and data management workflows (EDC, eCOA, CTMS, or similar systems). • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams. • 3+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting in the SaaS space, preferably with CDMS or clinical research platforms. • Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions for clients in the healthcare or life sciences industry. • Experience working with CROs, clinical sites, or pharmaceutical companies is highly desirable.
