• Startup Sales Success: Proven track record of hitting quotas for 2+ years in a startup environment. • Enterprise AI or Analytics Sales Experience: Demonstrated success selling enterprise AI or analytics solutions. • Experience with $200K+ Deal Sizes: Strong experience in closing large enterprise deals with a consultative sales approach. • Upselling Expertise: Ability to expand existing accounts by leveraging champions and building deeper relationships. • A proven ability to close deals and deliver long-term, profitable client relationships. • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies and CRM systems, leveraging them to maximize efficiency and transparency. • A highly numerate and analytical approach , with the ability to construct complex business cases and proposals. • Familiarity with commercial contracts and the ability to review and draft simple changes. • A structured and organized work style, paired with strong influencing and decision-making skills. • Bonus points for AI or cutting-edge software expertise (or a keen interest in learning about it!).
