Description

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to define project scope, goals, and objectives, and develop detailed project plans and timelines. • Work with technology teams to facilitate agile software development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective development processes. • Implement and maintain project management tools and templates to track progress, identify issues, and measure success. • Work with Operations, Legal, and Finance to develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, issues, and risks that may impact project success, and develop contingency plans as needed. • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners, and provide regular progress updates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure effective collaboration and communication. • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development and technology projects. • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and OKRs. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Confluence, JIRA, and similar platforms. • Knowledge of project management best practices, including PMBOK, Scrum, and Kanban. • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or AgilePM, are a plus. • Experience in web3, crypto, blockchain a plus.
