Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Project Manager with strong art direction capabilities to oversee and execute a wide range of design projects. • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can manage multiple creative projects and direct the visual direction across various digital and print media. • You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure that all creative outputs align with our brand identity, meet the highest standards, and are delivered on time. • As a Graphic Project Manager, you will combine creativity, leadership, and organization to deliver innovative visual solutions that effectively communicate our brand across various platforms. • Your role will ensure that the creative vision set by the Creative Director is executed seamlessly throughout the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 4+ years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or tech company, with experience in project management. • Proven experience in art direction, with a portfolio showcasing leadership in digital, print, and social media projects. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Figma, Google Slides, and basic HTML for email design. • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, branding, and layout across various media. • Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with remote teams. • Strong creative and analytical thinking skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Experience with multimedia content production (video, animation) is a plus. • Ability to lead and mentor junior designers. • Knowledge of current trends in design, marketing, and digital media. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
