• Drive and implement the strategy for project management • Create and refine systems, processes, and tools for project management workflow • Work cross-functionally to provide resources and support to project managers • Assess and optimize current use of ClickUp • Standardize processes and create templates • Train staff on project management best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field • Project Management qualification (PMP) or equivalent • 5+ years experience in project management with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex cross-functional projects • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation and reporting skills • Experience in training (one-on-one training, group sessions, written documentation) • Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Ability to assess and manage project risks and issues • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
