β€’ Conduct pre-inspection calls to confirm appointment date and time. β€’ Conduct post-inspection follow-ups to gather feedback on the inspector and overall customer experience with client. β€’ Verify leads to prevent no-shows and enhance the customer journey. β€’ Receive all inbound calls from the Call Center Leads to avoid appointment cancellation confusion and ensure accurate schedule updates for the assigned Outside Sales Representative. β€’ Maintain engagement with leads through consistent follow-ups. β€’ Promote financing options where applicable to support sales goals. β€’ Rehash closed-lost leads and follow up on future opportunities to convert them into closed sales. β€’ Contact past clients to gain referrals, maintain relationships, and offer maintenance services if they did not purchase during their roof installation. β€’ Organize and review sales pipelines daily, including proposals, future opportunities (2-5 weeks out), closed sales, and lost opportunities. β€’ Act as a liaison between customer care and field representatives, ensuring seamless communication and effective handoffs. β€’ Attend and contribute to the daily morning accountability meeting at 8 AM (1-hour duration). β€’ Perform courtesy calls, appointment confirmations, and lead nurturing efforts. β€’ Provide an end-of-day recap detailing completed tasks and key updates. β€’ Audit all Zoho CRM pipelines to ensure job files are correctly moved, notes are updated the same day, and payments are processed timely. β€’ Audit all job files to confirm that all required documents are uploaded and accounted for before, during, and after production. β€’ Create and manage all tasks assigned to the Sales Team.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven "sales DNA" with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement. β€’ Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred). β€’ Proactive, fast learner with excellent memory retention. β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
