Description

• Are you ready to make a real impact? • Use your exceptional sales skills to unlock climate action for enterprise organizations • Join CEEZER to help companies leverage impactful solutions fixing the voluntary carbon market • Work closely with founding team & SVP Growth in a collaborative, fast-moving startup • Drive revenue growth by generating new business and developing a long-term client-base • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions • Deliver a value-based selling experience to customers • Ensure customers achieve their net-zero goals and business objectives • Maintain and manage the customer pipeline in our CRM platform • Partner with Marketing to leverage campaigns that drive engagement and leads • Attend conferences and travel to meet with prospective and current clients

Requirements

• Extensive Enterprise Sales experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring enterprise clients • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including account planning and pipeline management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a compelling manner to C-level executives and lawyers • Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently • Experience in sustainability, or the Voluntary Carbon Market is a plus
