Description

β€’ Prestwick House is looking for a results-oriented sales representative with experience in driving results and a focus on developing prospect schools and districts into long-term dedicated customers. β€’ The Inside Sales Representative will support the organization through following up on inbound leads and making outbound contacts with schools across the country via phone, email, and web meetings. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails β€’ Preplanning a daily schedule of sales calls and meetings β€’ Contact teachers, department chairs, and district personnel via phone and email to discuss Prestwick House's educational programs β€’ Build relationships with leads that have responded to email outreach, nurture existing customers with growth potential, and engage in other prospecting means to identify new opportunities β€’ Close sales and achieve monthly sales quotas β€’ Provide product recommendations and insights, demonstrating how our solutions meet customer needs β€’ Use Salesforce to manage leads, maintain accurate records, and track sales activities β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support β€’ Limited travel as required by specific projects

Requirements

β€’ Proven inside sales experience β€’ Track record of over-achieving sales quotas β€’ Excellent organizational skills β€’ Prior experience or familiarity with educational purchasing process a plus β€’ Classroom experience in ELA (English Language Arts) is a plus β€’ Must be computer literate with proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience helpful) β€’ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience required
