• 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich B2B Sales/ Account Management. • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz beim Verkauf komplexer Unternehmenslösungen. • Erfahrung im Energiemarkt und Vertrieb von komplexen Stromversorgungsverträgen ist ein Bonus. • Erfahrung in der Nutzung von HubSpot oder anderen CRM-Tools. • Kommunikation ist deine Stärke, zusammen mit hohem Durchsetzungsvermögen. • Fähigkeit, sich an ein schnelllebiges Umfeld anzupassen. • Zielstrebig und intrinsisch motiviert. • Strukturierst deinen Arbeitsalltag effizient mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung. • Kommunikationstalent – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch auf Niveau B2.
