📋 Description

• We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting sustainability solutions and engaging with a broad audience. • The ideal candidate will have expertise in market growth, branding, customer behavior, and both digital and traditional marketing. • This remote role requires 20-25% travel and will focus on advancing our decarbonization and infrastructure improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to shape marketing strategies for existing and new offerings. • Manage and allocate marketing resources to support both short- and long-term business goals. • Lead cross-functional teams—including writers, engineers, and designers—to produce effective marketing materials. • Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and campaign data to refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes. • Design and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive growth. • Lead marketing campaigns end-to-end, from concept to execution, including testing, tracking, and reporting. • Develop engaging content for digital and print materials such as brochures, blogs, newsletters, and case studies. • Represent CEG Solutions at industry events and conferences to build connections with clients and potential partners. • Partner with business development on lead-generation initiatives, including webinars, emails, and event marketing. • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing plans that convert outreach into sales. • Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis to measure effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • At least 7 years of experience in brand development, campaign management, and lead generation as an individual contributor. • Proven expertise in managing marketing budgets, using analytics tools (e.g., GA4), SEO, CRM platforms, and social media. • Proficient in content management systems and graphic design/editing software. • Experience collaborating with sales teams on conferences and industry events, with occasional travel required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in RFP/Q proposals and client presentations. • Enthusiasm for sustainability, renewable energy, and energy efficiency. • Familiarity with LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and website content development. • Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and working collaboratively. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
