• Responsible for analytical data needs. • Handle complex data requests and predictive data modeling. • Analyze health management programs including data collection and validation. • Create and generate reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL. • Produce reports for and interface with senior management. • Gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends. • Execute data changes and update core systems as needed. • Handle multiple projects and timelines effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience • Healthcare experience preferred • Intermediate to Advanced Excel preferred • SQL, PowerBI or other query/databases experience preferred • Experience with finance partnerships and reporting preferred
