• Lead facilitation efforts to develop documentation for business processes and provide subsequent training • Develop instructional templates and work processes to aid in the development of operational workflow materials • Collaborate with subject matter experts and system business owners to ensure accuracy of documentation • Develop and communicate change management information • Utilize new technologies and business processes to improve operational workflow documentation • Conduct Train the Trainer sessions in the future when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design related field or equivalent experience • 2+ years of business process or training experience.
