Description

• The Business Analyst analyzes complex business operations and aligns them with organizational goals. • Requires an understanding of structure, policies, and operations to improve processes and planning. • Leads implementation of solutions throughout the project lifecycle and provides post-implementation support. • Works continually updating project documentation, educating users, and identifying future improvements. • Collaborates with stakeholders to document business needs, requirements, and specifications. • Analyzes data and trends for improvement and decision-making. • Creates detailed processes to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies. • Develops test cases and conducts testing to verify new features. • Maintains documentation of multiple projects with some travel (<5%) required.

Requirements

• Proven (2) + years of experience as a Business Analyst required. • Proven (1) + years of NetSuite experience required. • (1) + years of eCommerce or Digital Marketing experience strongly preferred. • Previous experience with Pipe17, Celigo, SPS, or similar platforms preferred. • Expertise in writing logical and detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and test conditions documents. • Strong oral communication skills; ability to execute written communication in a clear and straightforward manner. • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel. • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment, as well as prioritize and organize effectively. • Proven experience handling multiple projects and priorities. • High level of experience to be able to analyze and interpret data. • Strong ability to identify business problems/opportunities.
