Description
• Responsible for leading the enterprise vision, strategy, and implementation for provider data and analytics • Develop and implement data strategies and technologies to enhance support for value-based contracted providers • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the provider reporting system, dashboards, and analytics tools • Manage all system implementations, development of business requirements, and system enhancement projects • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data and reports • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact of initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience required • Master's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred • 7+ years Experience in health care reporting or analytics within a large healthcare insurance organization or national provider group required • 3+ years Management experience leading data teams in value-based performance reporting required • Proven expertise in value-based performance reporting required • Proficiency in data analysis reporting tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Power BI, Python) preferred
