Description

• Manages team accountable for designing and implementing software solutions. • Collaborates with technical and non-technical roles across the enterprise. • Serves in a team leadership capacity with Application Development projects. • Coordinates the work of 3rd party Development teams. • Identifies and evaluates risks, participates in control activities. • Partners with Security and SRE teams to follow policies. • Manages hiring, training, performance reviews, and career development of staff. • Shares knowledge to strengthen application development capabilities. • Develops departmental objectives and inspires teams. • Holds teams accountable to functional, quality, and timeline objectives.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience. • Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. • Master’s Degree Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred. • One or more of the following skills are desired: Prior manager experience in application development, Agile, DevOps, Salesforce. • Ability to lead/manage others. • Collaboration and team building skills. • Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback. • Instills commitment to organizational goals. • Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management. • Effective conflict management skills. • Develops and delivers effective presentations. • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
