Description

• Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements • Gathers and validates business/technology requirements to establish scope and parameters • Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility • Creates systems and business process models to direct developers and/or the project team • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Communicates changes and enhancements to business requirements to relevant stakeholders • Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) • Monitors IT services specified in service-level agreements (SLAs) • Researches and analyzes the effectiveness of existing requirement gathering processes • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures • Prepares technical reports by collecting and analyzing information

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) • Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience • Experience with Data Processing or Data Analysis desired • Advanced experience with MS Excel and O365 • Knowledge of health care payer business functions and operations • Knowledge of Agile Software Development; Software Development Life Cycle • Intermediate ability to identify problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, and draw valid conclusions • Intermediate demonstrated analytical skills and project management skills
