Description

• At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives each Klaviyo (we call ourselves Klaviyos) brings to our workplace each and every day. • As a Revenue Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team. • Your responsibilities will include supporting Revenue Systems, subscription management, data integration, and system enhancements. • Additionally, you would work closely with billing, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing operations, and compliance with accounting standards. • Joining Klaviyo's GTS team is an opportunity to leverage advanced systems and processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working in NetSuite ERP, focusing on financials and billing modules. • Proven experience with Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) or other subscription management tools. (Zoura, SuiteBilling) • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (e.g., ASC 606). • Experience with revenue automation processes and workflows. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across multiple departments.
