Description

•Own GTM Systems Strategy: Design and manage our approach to GTM systems, ensuring tools are optimized for usability, scale, and effectiveness. •Project Leadership: Oversee project lifecycles from intake through to completion, using Unified Requirements & Evaluation Documents (UREDs) to establish clear goals, scope, and success criteria. •Intake Request Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests. •Relationship Building: Partner with teams across departments to understand requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate effective communication. •Continuous Improvement: Research best practices and industry standards to ensure our post-sales systems meet the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

•Revenue Operations Expertise: You have 5+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or product management, with experience in supporting revenue-generating teams and balancing technical and business needs. •Proven Technology Ownership: You’ve managed similar tools before, with a focus on optimizing systems and processes that largely tie back to Salesforce and BI tools. •Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven: You excel at documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing projects with a structured, detail-focused approach. •Strategic and Long-Term Focused: Balancing immediate needs with a future vision, you consider the scalability and impact of system changes on the organization. •Collaborative and Relationship-Oriented: You build strong, trust-based relationships across teams, listen to stakeholder needs, and communicate effectively. •Adaptable and Proactive: Comfortable with ambiguity, you’re resourceful and create processes to support complex systems, prioritizing solutions that make an impact. •Committed to Best Practices: Continuously learning and staying current with industry standards, you drive our systems toward world-class quality.
