Description

• Designs, analyzes, develops, modifies, installs, tests and maintains systems software and hardware • Provides day-to-day technical support for IT teams and end-users • Defines system and product requirements and generates specifications • Participates in the evaluation, design, and integration of systems enhancements • Monitors systems capacity and performance • Performs troubleshooting and remediation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field • 2 – 4 years of related experience • Equivalent experience accepted • Technical skills: Cisco hardware, VMware, Powershell, Power CLI, Disaster Recovery • Intermediate ability to identify problems and resolve them
