📋 Description

• Manage all project tracking and forecasting • Maintain scope of work and budget • Interact with client and supervise a design team and sub-consultants • Perform site visits to obtain data required to complete project • Create civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD for wireless site builds and upgrades • Manage CAD design team and Field Technicians • Coordinate all work with Structural Department • Coordinate required special inspections and manage process • Review and redline work prepared by team, maintaining production schedules • Understand the client’s network and equipment • Manage client schedule and expectations • Meet with client(s) and report schedule and market for new work • Interact with city/town, client and contractors to resolve scope changes and RFIs • Write proposals • Keep Track of Time on Projects/Training/Meetings/Etc. • Work with Structural Department Program Manager or Higher on training • Complete company required training/policy reviews in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of wireless telecommunications experience • Bachelor of Science in an engineering degree • Proficient in CAD • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Regularly required to talk or hear • Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms • Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus • Travel to local sites will be required. Travel is primarily in the northeast during the business day, although some projects may require occasional overnight travel
