Description
• Supports the Las Vegas market • Works with a team of Provider Engagement Specialists and clinical partners • Ensures practices hit quality and savings targets • Executes on direction from the National President of MSO Operations • Cultivates in-depth relationships with practices and regional partners • Manages the onboarding process of new practices • Partners with MSO growth leadership to support local expansion • Facilitates regular meetings with practices to educate staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 6 or more years of healthcare or managed care with Provider Contracting, Network Management or Provider Relations experience • 2 or more years of demonstrated management experience • Ability to travel as needed within Las Vegas, NV and surrounding areas • Proven planning, preparation and presenting skills • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
