Description

• Client & Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow our client’s marketplaces business. • Drive success through the three functional pillars of Commerce Operations: Best-in-class brand presence, Operational excellence, and Retail relationship management. • Maintain expertise in the ecommerce industry, contributing not just to the client’s success but across the service line by being a thought leader. • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Use expertise to solve highly complex problems and/or lead departmental and/or cross-functional projects. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Effectively report on and communicate insights to all relevant stakeholders on the client team. • Develop, communicate, and oversee a comprehensive marketplace strategy with a clear understanding of all inputs that impact performance. • Collaboration: Partner with other Tinuiti teams to develop a comprehensive commerce strategy for Tinuiti’s Marketplace clients. • Regularly communicate any updates relevant to the Commerce Operations line of business. • Be hands-on and resourceful when needed and support the Team in consistently meeting deliverables and deadlines. • Inspire and coach teammates on a day-to-day basis and be a champion of Tinuiti’s culture. • Own and/or support relationships with key clients and decision-makers, including C-Level teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce account management roles with a proven track record of executing successful growth strategies • Familiarity with Vendor Central, Seller Central, Brand Registry • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams. • Comfortable with large and complex data sets, fluent in retail math calculations • Reliable, takes initiative and finds ways to solve problems independently, has a curious mind • Ability to manage numerous client/brand needs and strategies • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role • Client/vendor facing experience required, Amazon or agency experience preferred
