Description

• Develop and execute growth strategies for CenterWell’s MSO/IPA network • Responsible for engaging independent primary care practices • Achieving targets around the recruitment of providers • Subject matter expert on Centerwell’s MSO/IPA product portfolio • Accountable for achieving annual growth targets • Develop meaningful relationships with provider partners

Requirements

• A minimum of seven years experience in provider engagement and/or provider contracting • Extensive value-based care knowledge • Experience facilitating complex negotiations • Proven ability to cultivate relationships and create partnership opportunities with health plans and community organizations • Extensive knowledge of local market provider landscape • Motivated self-starter that can independently develop a growth pipeline • Outcomes-focused individual that thrives on outperforming against quantifiable goals • Strong verbal and written communication skills
