•Provide clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes. •Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians. •Engage parents in ABA therapy. •Develop child-specific behavior plans. •Attend corporate meetings and training as scheduled. •Provide supervision for staff seeking certification. •Promote the growth of Centria’s mission and values. •Demonstrate commitment to the families supported. •Develop professional skills through continued education and mentorship.

Requirements

•Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field •Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification •Experience in ABA therapy and supervision •Strong communication skills •Ability to engage and inspire clients and families •Organizational skills to manage case loads •Flexibility with scheduling to meet clients' needs
