Description

• Perform energy audits. • Identify and delivers on opportunities to improve technical work products and processes. • Fully understands program impacts due to TRM adjustments and code changes (federal, state, local). • Support specifications/guidelines/minimum requirement components of prescriptive measure builds (for proposal and planning purposes). • Determine technical eligibility for measures in program portfolios. • Be experienced at generating building ratings. • Develop technical training materials and conducts training's; both internal and external. • Complete internal evaluations of program measures; communicate issues and best practices to program staff. • Complete and QA/QCs building science components for prescriptive measure builds (for proposal and planning purposes); supports development of non-prescriptive measure builds. • Develop QA/QC protocols for field inspections and install documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience within the industry • BPI Certification is a plus.
