• Title: US Sales Manager • Business Unit: Selling Cross Control / Maximatecc • Location: Fully Remote (Willingness To Travel 25% - 30%) • Reports To: Global Sales Director. • The Sales Manager is a strong sales hunter who understands complex consultative sales processes and long-term relationships within a complex international environment to grow the business. • A team player who builds relationships with customers and offers value-added solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in commercial, business administration, economics or engineering. • Seasoned sales professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience in consultative selling and large account management. • Experience selling Engineered Solutions for an agricultural, automotive, or manufacturing environment. • Experience selling HMI Displays, Gages, & Clusters is highly desirable but not required. • Prepared to work with a mature internal support organization. • Team player, able to work in multidisciplinary projects teams. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbally in English. • Knowledge of and experience with value selling in an international B2B technical environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and highly resistant to change and stress.
