Description

• Ceribell produces the world’s first brain monitor for point-of-care seizure triage and treatment. • The Director of P2P programs is responsible for the strategy, development and execution of peer-to-peer medical advisor programs and KOL programs within Ceribell. • Responsibilities will include strategy development, P2P engagement, sales engagement, and daily execution, analytics, and continuous improvement. • The Director, P2P will report into the Head of Medical for Ceribell.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; Master’s Degree Or PHD Preferred • At least 10 years’ experience in the consulting for- pharma, biotech, medical device or diagnostics • Experience in the neurodiagnostic preferred • Experience working with P2Ps / KOLs • Experience working directly with sales organization (or direct sales experience) • High competency in the following areas: highly collaborative, strong oral and verbal communication, excellent multi-tasking, planning, process and project management, effective decision making, results-oriented, ability to work under and with tight deadlines. • Experience with meeting management with the ability to structure small- and large-group meetings to achieve pre-defined objectives. • Self-starter with an ability to identify behavioral and knowledge gaps and develop training to address them. • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization. • Rigorous attention to detail: able to go deep with multiple stakeholders to understand the nuances of what drives impacts and integrate those into and overall program • Relationship management: ability to create strong working relationships peer physicians and key opinion leaders
