β’ Promote OTELINOX made stainless steel coils/strips to the North American market β’ Marketing: Visit and have business discussions with new and existing customers β’ Liaise between customer, sales team in Samsung German office and Samsung American office, as well as production facility in Romania β’ Key Account Management β’ Build up new market: Challenge to search, call and visit new customers β’ Prepare contracts and documents for business discussion with customers β’ Take orders/forecasts/complaints and information from customers β’ Check and support payments and VOC collection β’ Enhance after sales activities and follow up orders β’ Transfer information, trends, requests from customers and market to the team, provide suggestions for action and decision β’ Support budgeting by planning monthly/quarterly and yearly sales and reports on forecast monthly/quarterly
β’ Native speaker of English and good working knowledge of Spanish preferred β’ More than 3 years experience in industrial sales or trading, preferably with steel or other metals (mill, service centre) β’ Attitude and growth potential and preparedness to learn β’ Ability to work in and with an intercultural team β’ Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently and for longer periods β’ Strong Passion for achievement and interest in a personal skill set that matches the company`s values β’ Team-player with leadership skills, integrity, drive and desire to make things happen β’ High cross-cultural awareness (being familiar with Asian and/or European business culture would be a strong plus)
