Description

• Responsible for delivering thoughtful and meaningful creative solutions across various communication channels. • Lead and mentor a diverse creative team while evolving the creative process, approach and toolset.

Requirements

• At least 12+ years of experience working in creative departments at agencies on omni-channel pharma clients, DAOR or AOR experience a must. • 5+ years experience managing people and leading creative teams. • Foundational understanding of all core creative disciplines. • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for effective design, copy and digital user experiences. • Digitally savvy–with knowledge in the areas of interaction design, information architecture and user experience. An understanding of the full breadth of digital platforms and solutions and how to steer creative outcomes across the full ecosystem. • Ability to produce original ideas and share them with confidence. • Exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills. • Demonstrated ability to “zoom in and out” (flipping between the big picture and finer details). • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and productive, timely feedback to your teams.
