• The Director of Events will be responsible for managing a team of event professionals and designing and executing a wide range of events that align with our company's strategic initiatives and brand. • Manage and develop a team of high-performing event managers responsible for delivering exceptional branded and sponsored events in the web3 and banking capital markets industries. • Requires a highly organized and creative individual with proven experience in event management, people leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 8+ years of experience in event management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment (VC firm, fintech startup, consumer web2 brand, or similar). • Proven track record of managing complex events, including large-scale conferences, investor events, product launches, and brand experiences at sponsored events. • At least 3 years of experience managing large event budgets. • At least 3 years of experience leading and developing people, including setting development goals, providing feedback, and ensuring a high-bar event execution
