Description

• Oversee operational activities for third-party service centers and TPMs within designated territory. • Ensure adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures across the third-party network. • Manage and consult operations for 15-25 third-party-led sites, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives and contractual agreement. • Develop and foster a professional relationship and partnership with the Third Parties. • Collaborate with site leaders to address operational challenges and implement improvements. • Partner with Third Party and internal functions to ensure proper preventative maintenance program for equipment and building is in place and enforced. • Evaluate site performance and health, identifying opportunities for Safety improvements and additional investments to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Identify cost-savings opportunities and identify action planning to meet annual cost-savings goals. • Execute continuous improvement and cost-savings initiatives across assigned territories. • Lead training on Continuous Improvement Programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Management or similar is required. • Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean Experience • 3-5 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience. • Must be able to communicate with all levels of an organization, both internal and external. • Must have demonstrated success of leading cross-functional project teams • Must have demonstrated success in negotiating skills. • Must be able to work independently and collaborate across remote teams • Must have experience of developing and successfully implementing continuous improvement and/or cost savings projects • Must be willing to travel extensively and at times on short notice. • Languages Required English; Desirable: Spanish
