• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. • Experience managing high-volume recruitment • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g..Greenhouse) and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation. • Experience with SaaS industry is a plus • Experience with Mandarin-speaking recruitment channels is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. • Bilingual in Mandarin and English • Can work in a fast-paced environment and attain the monthly recruitment goals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Meet and Zoom
