Description

• Partner with Account Executives on technical sales strategy • Engage in technical qualification and requirements gathering • Drive and advise customers on pilot implementations • Work with Account Executives on presentation customization • Run multiple concurrent opportunities • Build customer rapport and trust in Chronosphere • Participate in qualification and discovery calls • Manage technical account strategy and pipeline • Recommend improvements to pre-sales process.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field plus 3 years of experience as a sales engineer or in a pre-sales technical role. • 3 years of experience with monitoring or observability tools. • 3 years of experience writing code in Java and Python. • 3 years of experience at enterprise SaaS companies or open-source vendor organizations. • 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, leveraging sales methodologies. • 3 years of experience with Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and Azure. • 3 years of experience with cloud infrastructure and software development.
