Description

• Provide technical support during pre-sales by answering questions, conducting demos, and addressing RFPs and security assessments. • Identify customer needs and propose relevant products or services to align with their goals. • Gain customer trust by demonstrating how our solutions improve operational efficiency. • Establish strong customer relationships to understand current and future requirements. • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge by attending workshops, networking, and staying abreast of industry developments. • Act as a liaison between sales, product, engineering, EMR, compliance, and legal teams to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. • Minimum of 6 years in technical pre-sales roles. • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to sell based on customer needs. • Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proficient in general programming and requirements analysis. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
