Description

• GrowthLoop is pioneering a new category of AI on the data cloud, transforming how enterprise marketing teams drive measurable impact. • Seeking a customer-focused and highly-motivated Senior Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role alongside our Account Executives. • Lead consultative technical discovery calls, craft tailored demonstrations, and be the go-to technical contact. • Requires technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to inspire confidence in high-stakes sales conversations. • Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, helping customers evaluate, implement, and scale GrowthLoop as a core part of their marketing strategy. • Partner closely with Account Executives to manage the sales cycle, from uncovering and qualifying opportunities to building strategies that advance prospects through the pipeline. • Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs, focusing on data models in cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery and Snowflake. • Serve as the primary technical contact, providing expert guidance on product features and benefits. • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations that engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Stay current with industry trends and provide valuable insights to the product development team. • Travel to customers and events to support sales activities and strengthen client relationships. • Document bugs, identify and address bottlenecks, and drive initiatives forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing sales engineering role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions to executives and technical stakeholders within large enterprises. • Direct experience with Customer Data Platforms. • Experience working with Marketing Analytics and Marketing Operations teams • Deep knowledge of the cloud ecosystem. Snowflake experience is strongly preferred. • Hands-on experience managing data warehouses to support marketing efforts and/or direct experience in data or marketing operations. • Experience working enterprise deals with new prospects end-to-end alongside sales. • Strong understanding of marketing technology and data warehouse architecture. • Experience in an early to mid-stage startup environment. • Comfortable with frequent travel, with convenient access to a major hub airport. • Familiarity with pricing models, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.
