• Ciberspring, founded in 2003, is a global technology services company and strategic partner supporting enterprise sales, digital marketing and service platforms across a variety of industries. • As a key member of our consulting practice, the Sr. Salesforce Consultant will lead client engagements by translating business needs into Salesforce solutions and delivering end-to-end implementations. • This role combines hands-on Salesforce configuration with business analysis and requirements gathering, making it ideal for someone who excels in both technical expertise and client-facing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred. • Salesforce Certification(s) (Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, etc.) required; additional certifications such as Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus. • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on configuration, business analysis, and solution design. • Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions. • Expertise in Salesforce declarative development and configuration tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules. • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and integration capabilities. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, over communicator. • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently without supervision with extreme ownership of the tasks.
