📋 Description

• The Vice President – Strategic Accounts manages functions associated with growing existing accounts and strengthening relationships with client stakeholders. • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders. • Drive account plan for assigned accounts. • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients. • Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and scope of services for program modifications. • Lead the Renewal Process with clients to include partnership with Client Services. • Manage Statement of Work Addendums and Change Orders. • Elevate and implement Account Management/Growth model (increasing touch points and responsibilities). • Develop cross-program benchmarking analysis and reports. • Ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of account management metrics. • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• B2B Account Management experience specific to solutions or professional services. • Proven track record of qualifying and managing high-level opportunities. • Healthcare experience required. • Engagement and Influencing skills. • Proactive in increasing own knowledge-base, learning new things and keeping abreast of the latest RPO, HR, and business trends.
